With its renowned shows and widespread reputation as an elite marching band school, the MHS Band Program is one of the finest in the country.

Our kids travel throughout the Midwest to represent the Munster community with pride, dignity, and hard work. We are extremely proud of their achievements and continue to be amazed by their talent. None of it is possible without the dedicated support of students, parents, faculty, friends, and local businesses. The program is funded by donations, sponsorships, fund raisers, and volunteer work. We have a wonderful group of band parents—The Munster Band Backers—who volunteer and fundraise all year long to cover the expenses necessary so that our kids can perform at both state and national levels.
